    Poor customer service
    A decent figure marred with a few QC issues and absymal customer service on the part of BTT. It's now the seventh month since submitting a aftersales request for damaged parts and BTT have still not bothered to respond. Avoid this company, they are unreliable and will leave you with broken goods. No more purchases for BTT.

    Absolutely amazing figure a couple of things that went wrong, like panels falling off but glued them back on, the transformation is a tad bit fiddly but is an MPM scale figure whose engineering is astounding for a figure of this size

    Mixed feelings
    I don't particularly like Bumblebee from ROTB but for what it is, it looks good. My concern is that it looks for toy-ish than I would expect, considering that OP from the same company looks more premium and advanced.
