US Customers Clearance Causes Delay on Shipping

Please note that due to delays in customs clearance and release procedures, the current estimated processing time for goods is expected to be delayed by approximately 15-30 days, depending on the operational efficiency of the U.S. destination customs authorities.

Upon arrival in the U.S., the goods will be transported to the customs broker’s warehouse and will await customs release or detention instructions. Customs officials will then dispatch staff to the site for goods inspection.
