After‑Sales Policy:

• After‑sales requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with a complete unboxing video (no cuts).
• Requests submitted after 7 days, or if damage is discovered after playing with the figure, will be considered user‑caused damage and will not be covered.

Supported for Replacement / Exchange:

• Missing or incorrect parts, broken or cracked parts, incomplete molding;
• Large‑area paint omissions, severe color differences, major face sculpt defects;
• Parts damaged due to transit pressure (must be recorded in the unboxing video);
• Factory looseness in joints that prevents normal standing (factory functional defects).

Not Covered Under After‑Sales:

• Damage caused by user handling: broken joints from forced assembly, disassembly, glue repair, modification, or dropping;
• Normal manufacturing tolerances: fine mold lines, slight glue residue, pin‑sized color dots, minor flow marks;
• Normal wear from articulation: loose joints after repeated use (POM joint loosening over time is normal wear and not a quality defect);
• Minor creases or dents on the outer box (we only guarantee the product itself, unless severe box damage has crushed the internal parts);
• Lost accessories, second‑hand private transactions, repainting, modifications, decal application, or removal of original protective film.
