About the Film

Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019) is the third installment in Legendary Pictures’ MonsterVerse. In the film, Dr. Emma Russell – a paleobiologist with Monarch – awakens the Titans in a desperate attempt to restore balance to a planet ravaged by humanity.

The awakening triggers the release of “Monster Zero” – King Ghidorah – from the ice of Antarctica. Titans rise across the globe. The final showdown takes place in Boston, where two colossal Titans clash in an epic battle for the ages.
