GT-08A sergeant is part of the Guardian combiner by Generation Toy and can transform from a car to robot to limb modes, without detaching any parts. 
Features diecast parts, rubber tires, and transparent windows.
GT-08A stands roughly 17cm/6.7 inches tall and approximately Masterpiece/MP scaled. Guardian combiner will stand roughly 38 cm/15 inches tall. Figures are all able to transform between all three modes without detaching any parts.
