Wayman Bernard IIIVerified Purchase1 0Great Combiner....High-quality materials (dense plastic, sturdy joints) ✅ Excellent paint finish and detailing ✅ Smooth, clever transformation engineering ✅ Premium feel overall The minor paint rub during transformation is unfortunately pretty common with highly detailed third-party figures, especially where: Panels slide tightly against each other Painted surfaces contact during compression steps Metallic finishes are used (they show wear faster) How to minimize paint rub: Transform slowly and avoid forcing tight clearances Lightly loosen screws in very tight joints (carefully) Apply a thin coat of clear nail polish or floor polish on high-contact edges (advanced collectors only) Use a tiny bit of silicone shock oil on friction points (never petroleum-based) Overall though, if the only issue is slight paint rub, that’s still a win — especially since Hertz is often considered one of Bingotoys’ best-engineered releases.
