While I like the transparent version a lot, I've always wanted him in his cartoon accurate color. When he came back in stock, I knew I had to order him right away. My transparent version can be relegated to ghost of Starscream. This one is the same as the transparent version in every ways as far as build, articulation, and paint quality. There was no issue with the quality control. The only difference is the plastic used. This plastic makes it much easier to transform, unlike the transparent one, which I always have to be extra careful for fear of breaking it. I was right in purchasing this version. The paint used on him makes him look so good. So glad I finally have him in my collection. Couldn't recommend him enough. The best Legends scale Starscream available, no contest.
