PRE-ORDERS

Preorder is a better choice to get the collectible figure before it sold out. We will list the product on preorder once the manufacturer announces it. It usually won’t take you too much, and when a presale order is placed, that means you have taken an order from manufacturer in advance. Then you shall never worry about the stock unless you give up to pay the balance.

We offer many items for preorder months before they are released. Payment for pre-order products can be made when products are about to arrive. Once we received your preorder deposit, you will be placed on our pre-order name list for the product.

Products are allocated on a first come first served basis. We will do our best to fulfill all orders but we are not responsible for any supply shortages or our shipments being cut from our supplier for any reason.

Pre-order item descriptions are based on initial product sheets which we receive. Product and color changes may occur before it’s released. We will update our listing with any information that we receive but please keep this in your mind when ordering.

Please note: Once the pre-order period ends, the product page will show as “sold out.” This does not affect any pre-orders you have already placed and paid for—your order remains valid. You can still pay the balance after the product is released and receive the item as normal.

Our Pre-order Process

Place a deposit order: You place a pre-order and pay the deposit → We reserve the item with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Pre-order confirmed: Once confirmed, your deposit order status will update to “completed.”
Await balance payment notification: Please keep an eye on your email. We will notify you when the balance payment is ready.
Pay the balance: After receiving the email, you can pay the remaining amount via the provided link. If you need to update your shipping address, shipping method, and payment method, you may also update on check-out page at this stage.
Shipment: Once the balance is paid and we receive the product from the manufacturer, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

For items shipped in batches, we will notify customers to pay the balance in phases, following the sequence of deposit payments and based on the quantity provided by the manufacturer. Thank you for your understanding and kindly waiting.

PRE-ORDER ARRIVAL DATE

Most of the product on pre-order listed with an estimated arrival date. Our product department is in constant contact with our vendors to try to obtain the most up to date information possible. Once we know something has changed, we will update our listings.

Even we all wish every product to show up within the expected time, the estimated arrival date may still delay. There’s no guarantee of the exact time for pre-order products.

For products shipped in batches, we will update the product page information and schedule balance payments based on the order of deposit payments. If the balance payment is not made on time, the order will be canceled. If you need to repay, your order shipment will be postponed to the next batch. If an order is canceled due to late balance payment, we will not reserve inventory and assume no responsibility.

PRE-ORDER CANCELATION

You can cancel most pre-orders at any time before it reach its pre-order deadline. If the deadline date is not listed on the product page, it is also can be canceled. You will need to contact customer service to complete the cancellation.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order that requires a non-refundable down payment at the time of order placement, you will need to contact customer service to complete the cancellation. Please keep in mind that your non-refundable down payment will not be refunded.

If you decide to cancel your pre‑order for personal reasons when paying the balance, or if your order is cancelled because you fail to pay the balance on time, the deposit paid will not be refunded through any channel. If you attempt to forcibly demand a deposit refund by filing a payment dispute, we reserve the right to cancel all your remaining pre‑orders.

PRE-ORDER PAYMENT

Generally, after you pay the deposit order, you only need to wait for the product’s official release. We will generate a balance payment order based on your deposit order 1-2 weeks before the product launch and notify you via email to complete the payment within 10 days.

If payment is not received within the specified period, your pre-order will be automatically canceled and the deposit paid will be forfeited. Please be advised accordingly.

If you still wish to proceed with the order after the payment deadline, please contact us to check whether reactivation is possible. If reactivation is no longer available, any resulting loss shall be borne by you, and we assume no responsibility, as this is not due to any fault on our part. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If you wish to change your payment method or another credit/debit card to finish the final payment, you can select a new payment method when you receive our balance payment notice.

To protect your account security, we do not charge your card automatically. Please add our email address to your whitelist to ensure you don’t miss the payment deadline.

ARRIVAL NOTICES

Before pre-order items arrive, we will notify you of balance payments via email and Facebook posts. Please add our email address to your contacts to avoid interception or misclassification as spam.

We will send reminder emails several times during the payment period. If failure to pay the balance on time due to blocked emails results in the product selling out, we will not be held liable as we have fulfilled our notification obligations.

PRE-ORDER PRICING

Due to the nature of pre-orders, pricing may sometimes change after we list the product for presale

If the price is reduced and your item is still on pre-order, your price will be adjusted so you receive the lowest price.

In some cases we may not have exact pricing from our vendors when an item is listed for presale. If this occurs, we list the estimated price on the website with an explanation that the pre-order price will be adjusted when final pricing is known.

In rare circumstances, mandatory price changes may happen to a pre-order. This could occur when we receive a solicitation from a vendor with a pricing error.

ADDRESS CHANGE NOTICE

Deposit orders do not include a shipping step. If your address has changed, you can update your new address directly in the balance payment order when paying the remaining balance.

PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT

We work hard to fill every pre-order we take, but occasionally a situation may be out of our control. If we cannot fill your pre-order, we will cancel it and notify you immediately. No compensation will be given for the inconvenience.
