Important Notice Of UPS & Boat Shipment Tracking Updates & Customs Clearance

To provide full transparency on your order fulfillment, please review the following operational shipping updates regarding specific destinations and shipping methods:

1. UPS Direct Line Orders (Puerto Rico, Japan, Peru, Chile, Turkey, Brazil, Norway):

• Tracking Number Transition (OD to UPS): For orders shipped via UPS Direct Line to the designated regions above, initial tracking will display an internal dispatch reference (OD number). The official final-mile UPS tracking number will be systematically updated within 1-2 weeks after dispatch once the air freight reaches destination processing.
• Mandatory Customs Clearance by Recipient: Shipments to these destinations operate under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms and require the recipient to complete local customs clearance and pay applicable import taxes/duties upon arrival.
• Parcel Abandonment & No-Refund Policy: It is the recipient’s sole responsibility to cooperate with local customs and carriers in a timely manner. If a package is rejected by customs due to unpaid duties, uncollected, or seized/disposed of by customs due to the recipient’s failure to clear customs, Bombusbee will NOT be liable for reshipment, compensation, or refunds.

1. Ocean Freight / Boat Shipments (United States & Australia):

• Sailing Schedule Notice: Due to international maritime vessel loading and port cut-off schedules, shipping status will be updated within 1-2 weeks after physical dispatch. Tracking events will display standard movement once the container is loaded and processed at the departure terminal.
