🧨 Chinese New Year Holiday Arrangements & Important Notice for SexyIce Pre-orders

With the traditional Chinese New Year approaching (February 15–23), the Bombusbee team sends you holiday greetings and kindly reminds you of our service arrangements during this period to help you plan your shopping smoothly:

Order and Shipping Arrangements
During the holiday (February 15–23), our website will operate as usual, and you may place orders at any time.
All orders placed during this period will be shipped sequentially starting from February 25, based on the order of placement. All order shipments will be suspended starting February 13 until after the CNY holiday.

Customer Service Response Notice
From February 15 to 23, our customer service team (email, order messages, WhatsApp and so on…) will be temporarily offline, and all inquiries will not receive real-time responses.
We will resume work on February 24 and reply to messages in the order they were received.
To avoid system delays, we kindly ask that you refrain from sending duplicate messages about the same issue, as this helps us locate and address your initial inquiry more quickly.

Important Notes for SexyIce New Product Pre-orders
Thank you for your interest and enthusiasm for the new SexyIce series! To ensure a smooth pre-order experience, please note the following:

1. Sufficient Stock: Ample inventory has been prepared for this series, so you can order with confidence.
2. Information Verification: When placing your order, please carefully review the product quantity and shipping address. The address & shipping methods for deposit orders cannot be modified at this stage, but you may update it when paying the remaining balance later.
3. Deposit Policy: Once a deposit is paid, it is non-refundable (including but not limited to refunds in points or other forms). Please confirm carefully before placing your order.
4. Limited Production: This product is made-to-order. Once the pre-order window closes, no further orders will be accepted, and it is highly unlikely that in-stock inventory will be available afterward. Please be sure to place your order within the pre-order time.
5. Please note that the deposit for this pre-order is NON-refundable. We kindly ask you to place your order rationally and avoid impulsive purchases. If you attempt to forcibly request a deposit refund, we reserve the right to cancel your other pre-orders.

After-Sale Request

Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, the manufacturer has begun their break. All after-sales requests will be handled sequentially by the manufacturer after the holiday, starting around early March. Please be patient and refrain from follow-up inquiries during this time.
