Evidence Required
1. Pictures of all sealed seals (most important)
This is to make sure that the item you got is brand new. You could take pictures of all the sealed seals or just an unboxing video.
2. Pictures of all the damaged parts.
This is to help us determine which part is required thus we could request it for you. Please make it as clear as possible.
FAQs
What if I forgot to take pictures of seals?
If you don't have the evidence of sealed seals, you might have to afford the cost of parts.
How much is a part if I have to pay for it?
First, it's usually between 5-15 usd for a part (shipping fee not included).
Second, not all the parts are on sale, it still depends on Snail Shell, some defections might be rejected by them if they don't have the replacement part.
